How long an employee is absent from work, or restricted to light duties depends on the individual patient, the treatment and severity of the condition being treated, as well as the physical demands of their job.
Please review your company’s disability policies with your employee and help them complete their section on any disability forms before giving them to us, and allow 10 business days for our staff to complete and submit them.
Light Duty Examples:
